Creative Director
Description
Precision Strategies, a leading digital, data, and communications firm, is looking for a Creative Director to drive the creative vision and strategy for clients ranging from nonprofits and advocacy groups, to media start-ups and industry leaders. We are seeking a Creative Director to lead our Creative team and grow our capacity from branding projects to high-profile paid advertising campaigns.
Responsibilities
Guide and oversee the creative team to manage the creative process from concept to implementation on specific clients and projects.
Serve as client lead on large creative-centric clients.
Work closely with client teams and across the digital, creative, and paid teams to ensure the quality of creative process and provide creative solutions on an ongoing basis.
Grow and empower the creative team to further develop Precision’s offerings to prospective clients, from branding projects to paid advertising campaigns.
Proactively support business development opportunities utilizing creative capabilities, including strategy development for a client prospect’s challenge.
Drive innovation by closely following industry trends and emerging technology, and developing processes to share with colleagues and incorporate into our work.
Provide company-wide creative leadership and vision, helping to train people and develop skills.
Partner with the Precision marketing team to identify opportunities to promote our creative capabilities, success stories, etc.
Qualifications
8+ years of creative and digital strategy, preferably at an agency or consulting firm
Tactical familiarity with most or all of the following: social media, online advertising, email marketing, content marketing, mobile strategy, digital analytics, web video, social listening, web design
Ability to work with colleagues in related fields like marketing, PR, analytics, and technology
Proven ability to manage senior-level client contacts.
