PEOPLE ARE SAYING IT MAKKES SENSE BUT HERE'S THE NUMBERS ON WHY THE ADVERAGE BROTHA SHOULD GET INVOLVED.

I started listening to Mark Whitten on The Breakfast Club and say a few of his video's n YouTube. He gives classes in Baltimore (Shout Out To Baltimore) teaching average people of different races but obviously, mostly black about how to invest in property by wholesaling property in low income neighborhoods without having to use your money. As a matter of fact you don't need any money outside of marketing yourself posting adds etc., what you need to know is how to see the real estate market. Having a eye for what a boarded up building means is an important means of survival in the capitalistic society we live in.
